We operate a large, advanced manufacturing base dedicated to perfume packaging. This includes 1 glass bottle production center, 3 plastic production sites, 1 aluminum facility, and 1 alloy product base. We also have specialized workshops for finishing processes like frosting, spraying, printing, polishing, UV coating, electroplating, and more.
At our plastic production base, we run 105 injection molding machines, 2 blow molding machines, and 2 UV coating lines. Equipped with silk-screen printing, ultrasonic welding, and pad printing machines, our team of over 900 skilled workers produces up to 150 million high-quality caps and accessories every year.
Our glass bottle facility spans 25,000 square meters. With a furnace capable of producing 60 tons daily, we operate 6 fully automatic production lines and 1 semi-automatic line — producing another 150 million bottles annually. We also offer a wide range of finishing techniques, from spraying and silk-screen printing to flame polishing, electroplating, flocking, and laser engraving — staying at the forefront of packaging innovation.
Behind it all is our advanced quality tracking system. It pinpoints even the smallest issues during inspection, traces them quickly to their source, and resolves them without slowing production. Every issue is recorded, and before the next run, our system sends automatic alerts — ensuring the same problem never happens twice.
